Currently, the Minnesota Chapter supports graduate-level college scientists at the University of Minnesota.
Eligible students will attend one of the following colleges at the University of Minnesota:
- College of Biological Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Ecology, etc.)
- College of Science and Engineering (Engineering, Physical Sciences and Mathematics)
- College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resources Sciences
The following departments within the colleges above are approved to receive scholar awards:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics
- Biomedical Engineering
- Civil, Environmental and Geo Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Neuroscience
All are in the top 10% nationwide in their fields, and have worked with the Minnesota Chapter to complete the ARCS application documentation.
